Ramona Laslau

Ramona Laslau has a strong background in customer service and client relations. Ramona worked at Alma Lasers North America, starting as a Client Relations Manager in August 2019 and then becoming a Senior Client Relations Manager in April 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Klein Tools, Inc., where they started as a Customer Service Associate in August 2002 and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor in August 2006. Ramona held this position until they left in August 2019. Overall, Ramona has over 19 years of experience in customer service and client relations.

Ramona Laslau began their education at Dominican University in 1999 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2002. In 2007, they attended MRA- Institute of Management, Inc. where they obtained a Professional Supervisor certification in Management. Additionally, in September 2019, they obtained a certification in Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training.
