Rafael Mena

Rafael Mena is an experienced HR professional who has worked in various multinational companies, including ALMA Observatory, The Clorox Company, and Coca-Cola Polar and Viña Errazuriz. Rafael has also worked at General Electric, Prosegur, Minera Candelaria, and Consorcio in different HR roles. Rafael started their career at Financiera Atlas and Langton Clarke before completing their education in Human Performance Improvement and Organizational Psychology. Rafael also had an internship at 3M.
