Ben Grossmann is the Co-Founder and CEO of Alma Security. They previously served as VP of Engineering at Wib (2021-2023), where they were the first engineer, led the engineering team, recruited developers, designed the system architecture and road map, and helped build three products, growing the team from 0 to 30. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager & Senior Software Engineer at Secful (2017-2019), developing big data analysis and building the system from scratch using Kubernetes, Docker, Scala, Cassandra, Spark, and AngularJS; they served as sprint master and trained new employees. Earlier, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Ravello Systems (2012-2014), developing high-performance server-side systems and multi-platform tools with Python, Django, and AngularJS. Before that, they developed NRT system modules in Java for the IDF (2008-2012), coordinating near real-time information synchronization across dozens of servers and writing high-performance parser modules on Linux, and earned a BASc in Computer Science from IDC Herzliya (2014-2017).
