Kevin Flynn

Kevin Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in various education-related organizations. Kevin started their career as a Teacher at Teach for America in 2002 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the Science Department Chair at KIPP 3D Academy. In 2008, they took on multiple roles, including being a Selector for Teach California Charters at The New Teacher Project, a Summer Fellow at Education Pioneers, and an Accountability Analyst at SUNY Charter Schools Institute. Kevin then joined KIPP NYC in 2010 as the Director of Operations in the Shared Services Team until 2015. Kevin moved on to Rocky Mountain Prep in 2015, initially as the Director of Operations in the Network Support Team and later promoted to the Senior Director of Operations until 2018. Currently, Kevin is working at Alma, where they have held the position of Product Manager since 2018 and was recently promoted to Senior Product Manager in November 2021.

Kevin Flynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree at Stanford University from 2007 to 2008, specializing in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership Studies.
