Charbel Sebaaly

Charbel Sebaaly is an experienced project manager and electrical engineer with a robust background in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in airport systems. Currently serving as Project Manager at Almabani General Contractors since September 2014, Charbel has led various significant initiatives, including airfield signage and lighting construction at King Khalid International Airport (KKIA). Previous roles encompass head of the AGL department, site electrical manager, and lead electrical and systems engineer, with involvement in renowned projects such as the Red Sea International Airport and multiple enhancements at King Abdullah International Airport (KAIA). Charbel's expertise spans design, technical submissions, project management, and engineering analysis, supported by a Master of Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
