Customer Experience & Operations Lead at Almabase

Shweta Ann Mathew has been working in the professional field since 2017. Shweta Ann began with a Summer Internship at Tebodin, followed by a Project Lead - Transformation role at OYO in 2018. In this role, they were responsible for audit coordination across PAN India, conducting audits of potential properties, and devising accurate cost and service estimates. In 2019, they moved to Almabase where they held the roles of Customer Experience and Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began a Foundations Program Fellow role at Make A Difference.

Shweta Ann Mathew completed their schooling from Abu Dhabi Indian School from 2002 to 2014. Shweta Ann then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal from 2014 to 2018.
