Niall Hamilton

Niall Hamilton is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as Senior Team Leader and Radiolabelling Team Leader at Almac Group since May 2021. Prior to this role, Niall held the position of Study Director at Edinburgh Pharmaceutical Processes from July 2016 to May 2021. Niall's earlier career includes notable positions such as Principal Chemist at the Paterson Institute for Cancer Research, where work focused on medicinal chemistry within the Drug Discovery Unit from January 2010 to February 2016, and Senior Research Chemist roles at Schering-Plough and Organon Laboratories Ltd from 2007 to 2009 and 1989 to 2007, respectively. Niall holds a BSc and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow, completed between 1982 and 1989.
