Peter Hey is currently the Bioinformatics Program Development Manager at Almac Diagnostics, where they have served as Head of Informatics since 2018. Previously, they worked at Almac Group in various roles, including Junior Scientist from 2006 to 2008. Peter earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from The University of Manchester and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Instrumentation & Analytical Science, also from The University of Manchester. Prior to this, they were a Research Scientist at F2G from 2002 to 2006 and completed a Diploma in Applied Statistics at Edinburgh Napier University.
