Raj Gopal

Raj Gopal is a Senior Scientist II at Almac Group since December 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Scientist I. Raj has substantial experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, having worked as a Senior Scientist at Biocon and as a Research Scientist at Biofusion Therapeutics from November 2019 to November 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Executive at Pfizer, where responsibilities involved the assessment and development of analytical methods for quality attributes. Raj began a career in research as a Research Associate at Aurobindo Pharma biologics, focusing on analytical support and method development. Early experience as a Junior Research Associate at Hetero Drugs Ltd involved method development for protein biotherapeutics. Raj holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Kakatiya University.
