Sarah Beck

Sarah Beck is a highly skilled Senior Cell Scientist at Peak Proteins since September 2022, with a robust background in scientific education and research. Previously, Sarah served as a Teacher of Science at a Secondary School for a decade, specializing in Biology for students aged 11 to 18. Extensive experience at AstraZeneca as a Senior Scientist involved various laboratory techniques focused on oncology projects, including cell culture and biomarker analysis, complemented by a role as a Research Bioscientist developing assays and screening lead compounds. Early career experience includes a Sandwich Student Research Scientist Placement at BRITISH BIOTECH, where Sarah gained expertise in cell biology. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Leicester and a PGCE in Secondary Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
