Lisa Dirksen, MBA, PCM, CDMP has a diverse background in marketing, communications, and training. Lisa has held various roles since 2007, beginning with a Speech Judge position at the Iowa High School Speech Association. In 2012, they were a Technical Writer at Almon Inc. and held three roles at John Deere, including Information Security Awareness, Marketing Communications, and Training Development. In 2019, Lisa became the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Association of Boards of Certification, where they built a strategic and progressive global marketing program and managed all organizational advertising, public relations, social media, digital marketing, market research, tradeshows, content marketing, SEM/SEO, web development, brand marketing, special event management, and direct marketing. In 2021, Lisa joined ALMACO as the Marketing Manager, where they lead the development of global strategic marketing strategies and manages the implementation of strong marketing programs to enhance the ALMACO brand.
Lisa Dirksen has an extensive education background. Lisa obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Upper Iowa University in 2017, majoring in Business Administration and Management. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Iowa State University, which they obtained in 2011, majoring in Communications and English Language and Literature/Letters. Her educational background began in 2003 when they obtained their High School Diploma from Monticello High School, where they completed AP Coursework. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Digital Marketing Institute, American Marketing Association, and LinkedIn.
