Peter Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Peter began their career at Carnell Systems Ltd as a Pre Sales Consultant, where they worked on ICL DRS300 systems and provided services to clients such as The Met Police and Bank of England. Peter then moved on to AK Computer Services, where they worked as a Consultant, providing technical consultancy to Siemens Business Services for projects such as the National Fingerprint Information System.
Peter later joined Siemens Business Services as a Consultant, where they provided support and consultancy for Unix and Windows platforms, with a focus on the National Fingerprint Information System. Peter then returned to AK Computer Services as a Consultant, working as a technical consultant to Siemens and as a SQL Server and Document Management Consultant for a UK Building Society.
In 1998, Peter joined NetIQ, initially as the EMEA Technical Director and later as the Director of Worldwide Support. Peter played a key role in the growth and success of the company, implementing a self-service Knowledgebase system to reduce support calls and increasing the customer base.
Following their tenure at NetIQ, Peter joined AKCSL as a Director & Systems Management Specialist, specializing in Microsoft System Center Suite, NetIQ AppManager, and Proximex Surveillint. Peter also managed and monitored VoIP phone systems for enterprise customers.
Peter then joined Vodafone as a Unified Communication Systems Management Specialist, before moving to Daisy Group as a Unified Communication Systems Management Specialist. At Daisy Group, they were responsible for the availability and service improvement of the Monitoring and Enterprise Analytics Service provided to Vodafone UC customers using Avaya on-premise solutions.
Most recently, Peter joined Allvotec as the Head of NOC Services, responsible for NOC Services monitoring UC Telephony, Network Infrastructure, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure. Peter later transitioned to the role of VP of Technical Operations at Almaden AI, where they are involved in building the next generation of Digital Experience Management Solutions.
Peter Stevens attended Solent University from 1976 to 1978, where they pursued a degree in electrical and electronic engineering. Peter completed their studies and obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in the field. Following their time at Solent University, there is no specific information available regarding Peter's education until the current time. However, in December 2020, they obtained a certification as a LogicMonitor Certified Professional from LogicMonitor.
