Tacio Rodrigues has gained extensive work experience in finance and human resources roles. Tacio began their career at Plenus Contabilidade e Assessoria Empresarial in 2010 as an Assistant in the Department of Personnel, where they gained valuable knowledge and skills. Tacio then progressed through different departments within the company, including administration and legal affairs, before being promoted to the personnel department. In this role, they achieved a high level of employee satisfaction by addressing issues related to benefits, payment delays, and personal problems. In 2011, Tacio joined Almaden AI as a Senior People Analyst and was quickly promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager.
