Allen Donald is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure support, technical assistance, and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Support Analyst at ALMAG Aluminum since June 2020, Allen previously held roles such as Senior Helpdesk Analyst at Ainsworth Inc. and IT Service Desk Consultant at ROCKWOOL North America. Allen possesses a comprehensive skill set including hardware deployment, project management for Windows migrations, and technical support management for a large user base. Allen's early career included various cooperative positions that provided foundational experience in IT systems support, QA analysis, and security operations, culminating in a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
