David Barber

David is the Founder of Almanac Insights. He is co-owner of Blue Hill - a working farm, restaurant, and consulting company dedicated to a better food system. He is also a founding partner of Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, a non-profit farm and educational center exploring opportunities at the intersection of regenerative agriculture and gastronomy. David's experiences led to early stage investing in the food and hospitality space, and he formally created Almanac in 2018 to address these investment interests. He serves as an advisor to S2G and Acre Ventures, and as Trustee for Stone Barns Center, Caramoor Center for the Arts, MAD.
