Alejandro Rincon Nieto has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Alejandro started their career as a Junior Lawyer at Garrigues in 2007 and worked there until December 2009. Following that, they joined Abengoa Solar as an In-House Counsel where they served as the Director for Asia, Pacific, and the Middle East. Alejandro worked on the development and financing of thermal solar and pv power plants in various countries. Alejandro then transitioned to Cintra in 2014, taking on the role of Senior In-House Counsel. Here, they played a key role in the development and financing of civil infrastructures (roads) in several territories, such as the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, European Union, and LATAM. Lastly, Alejandro is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Almar Water Solutions, where they oversee legal matters within the company.
Alejandro Rincon Nieto completed their education with a Licenciatura degree in Commercial Law at the Universidad de Sevilla from 2001 to 2006. Alejandro then pursued a Master's degree in Corporate and Commercial Law at the "Instituto de Estudios Jurídicos El Monte" from 2006 to 2007. In 2010, Alejandro attended the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles, where they completed an executive program in Capital Markets and Structured Finance, graduating in 2011.
