Muhannad Alzughaibi

Muhannad Alzughaibi serves as the Assistant L&D Manager at Almarai since November 2022, having previously held positions as a Learning and Development Supervisor and Senior Learning and Development Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning Consultant at Bakkah Learning from September 2019 to November 2022, where notable achievements include a monthly sales increase to over 900K SAR and converting 70% of clients into buyers. Alzughaibi has also worked as a Senior Alliances Specialist, securing over 10 partnership agreements and managing relationships with accreditation bodies. Earlier roles included Training Specialist and Training Support, facilitating over 100 training sessions and providing crucial analyses for KPI management. Alzughaibi began a career as a Field Researcher at DRC in early 2020, conducting interviews and developing research plans. Alzughaibi holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from King Saud University.
