Raymond Biko

Raymond Biko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as the Senior Team Manager for Central Engineering at Almarai since December 2013, Raymond champions KAIZEN initiatives to facilitate process transformations and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the department. Prior to this role, Raymond was a Team Manager in Engineering, where responsibilities included developing preventive maintenance schedules and empowering operators through autonomous maintenance programs. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Aircraft Technician with the Kenya Airforce from October 2007 to November 2013, where Raymond conducted essential maintenance and inspections to uphold airworthiness standards. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Mount Kenya University and a Higher National Diploma in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from DEFTEC.
