Brayden Olson has had a long and successful career in the tech and human development space. In 2022, they became the Co-Founder of Almas Insight Inc., a company that quickly and objectively measures human capability at scale. In 2019, they joined Deloitte as the Enduring Human Capability Center of Excellence Lead & Technical Product Manager, leading a team passionate about better understanding human potential and how organizations can be even more effective by fostering that potential. In 2013, they joined Interact CE as a Board Member, helping to create a new type of continuing education program. In 2012, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Recurrence, Inc., a company that was acquired in 2021. In 2009, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Novel, Inc., one of the earliest companies in the then emerging "gamification" space.
Brayden Olson attended Seattle University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (BABA) with a focus in Management.
