Aslı Atasoy

Aslı Atasoy has extensive experience in human resources management, having held various leadership positions in multinational companies. Aslı currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Chemical Sector of OYAK, where they are responsible for aligning human resources strategies and initiatives across multiple chemical companies. As an Executive Board Member at Akdeniz Chemson, they were in charge of designing and implementing HR strategies across the organization's global operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources Germany at HARIBO Deutschland. Aslı also has experience in HR leadership roles at Haribo Turkey, Amadeus IT Group, Tchibo Turkiye, Lufthansa GlobalTeleSales, Austrian Airlines, K.S.T Transport Ltd., and Skontex Handels Gmbh. Aslı'sexpertise encompasses talent management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in different industries and regions.

Aslı Atasoy has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien / Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, which they completed from 1998 to 2005. Aslı also holds two Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degrees from the same institution, one in Retail Marketing and another in Organizational Behavior Studies, which were completed from 2010 to 2012. Aslı Atasoy attended Sankt Georg Avusturya Lisesi from 1985 to 1993, but the degree and field of study are unknown.
