Alexandre Fernandez

Alexandre Fernandez is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology management and project coordination. Currently serving as Gerente TI at Almaviva do Brasil since April 2014, Alexandre has previously held positions including Pré-Vendas at Telmart and Especialista TI / Consultor at Contax, where responsibilities included designing IT solutions and providing consulting services. Alexandre's expertise in project coordination is demonstrated through roles at TODO BPO, where oversight of new call center operations was a key focus, as well as a similar role at Contax overseeing IT infrastructure. Additionally, experience at Teleperformance - DS as Coord TI contributed to a robust background in IT management. Alexandre holds a postgraduate degree in Governance of Information Technology from IPT - Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas do Estado de SP.
