Ihab Fikry serves as the CEO of Almentor, a leading online continuous learning platform, since August 2016. Under Ihab Fikry's leadership, Almentor operates through subsidiaries in Dubai and Egypt. Previously, Ihab Fikry held various roles at ExxonMobil from January 1996 to July 2016, including International Expat and Africa & ME Credit Manager, where responsibilities included managing credit portfolios to enhance business operations in multiple countries. Additionally, Ihab Fikry has experience as a writer, instructor, researcher, and consultant, contributing four bestselling management books in Arabic. Ihab Fikry holds a PhD in Marketing from The American University of London and an MBA in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
