Mariam Sedhom

Mariam Sedhom is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in customer success and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the B2B Customer Success Team at almentor since August 2022, Mariam previously held leadership roles including Head of Customer Service & Client Relationship Managers at Speedaf Egypt and Project Manager & Head of Account Management at fetchr. With a solid foundation in account management and customer relations, Mariam has also worked in various capacities at fetchr, Xceed, and Presto Deliveries. Currently pursuing an MBA at Brooklyn Business School, Mariam also holds a Diploma in Python Programming from the University of Michigan and a Nano-Degree in Data Analysis from Udacity, complemented by a Bachelor of Education from Ain Shams University.
