Jeffrey Talan

Jeffrey Talan is an experienced football coach and former professional player, currently serving as an Assistant Trainer at Almere City FC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Talan spent over 27 years at sc Heerenveen, where responsibilities included monitoring substitute players, coaching talents, and developing Personal Development Plans, contributing to a Quarterfinal finish in the KNVB Cup. Talan's extensive coaching experience spans various positions, including Technique Trainer and Head of Training, as well as experience as a professional soccer player, competing at the highest levels, including 167 matches and 40 goals in the first selection, participation in the Champions League, and representing the Dutch national team in 8 international matches. Talan holds multiple UEFA coaching diplomas, including the UEFA PRO and UEFA A Youth certifications.
