Senna Chaturi

Senna Chaturi is a Junior Recruiter at Werkis / verder met werk since February 2023, responsible for drafting job descriptions, screening profiles and CVs, conducting intake interviews, follow-up calls with applicants, presenting vacancies, performing reference checks, and introducing candidates to clients. Additionally, Senna has engaged in various volunteer roles, notably at Almere City FC, and completed a Comakership at Zorginstituut Nederland. Earlier experiences include serving as an All-round production employee at Beesha, a Recruitment Intern at Athlon International, and a Stock Assistant at Albert Heijn. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Senna has also obtained a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management and a minor in Performance Psychology.
