Simon V.

Simon V. is an experienced football coach currently serving as the head coach for Almere City FC's O14 team since September 2023. Simon founded Play Football in May 2019, establishing the first football academy in Hillegom. Simon's past roles include positions as a neighborhood sports coach for Stichting SportSupport Kennemerland and head coach for O18 and O17 teams at FC Lisse, as well as serving as an assistant coach for O16 and O14 youth teams at Sparta Rotterdam. Simon has a strong educational background, holding qualifications such as UEFA B Youth and UEFA C Youth from KNVB, and has also contributed to the development of youth academies at various clubs, including SV Hillegom and K.v.v. Quick Boys.
