Elisabeth Ekstrand

Elisabeth Ekstrand is a seasoned legal and policy expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at Almi Invest Väst AB and Chefsjurist at Almi AB, Elisabeth has a notable background as Förtroenderevisor at TechSverige and previously held the position of Chairman Of The Board at the Swedish Society for IT and Law. With significant tenure at Internetstiftelsen as General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, and Data Protection Officer, Elisabeth has led efforts in public policy, compliance, and corporate sustainability. Additional roles include Head of Legal and Policy at MetaSolutions AB and participation in several boards, such as IT&Telekomföretagen and CENTR. Elisabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Stockholm University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
