Joachim Karlsson

Joachim Karlsson is the CEO of Almi Invest. Joachim has over 20 years of experience in strategy, business development, and leadership.

Joachim Karlsson began their career as a Head of Information and Communication Technologies Department at VINNOVA. Joachim then became the Chief Strategy Officer of Bisnode in 2015 and oversaw the company's transformation. Under their leadership, the enterprise value of the company tripled and employee and customer satisfaction increased dramatically.

In 2019, Karlsson joined Univrses as a board member. Univrses is a 3D Computer Vision and Machine Learning company creating and delivering technologies to build the autonomous future.

Karlsson has been instrumental in the acquisition of six companies and recently contributed to the exit process of Bisnode to Dun & Bradstreet. Joachim is a leader in the field of strategy and business development with a proven track record of success.

Joachim Karlsson has a PhD in Computer Science from Linköping University, where they also did their MSc in Computer Science and Engineering. Their research interests include Requirements Management.
