With over ten years of experience in leadership roles across manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry and logistic sector, Albert Raventos has successfully managed continental teams and spearheaded the integration of operational Health and Safety protocols into newly acquired warehouses, businesses, and product lines. Albert Raventos holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, a Master's degree in Health and Safety, and multiple trainings in Kaizen, leadership and management. Before joining Almirall as Global Health and Safety Associate Director, Albert Raventos served as Amazon's Head of Health and Safety for Spain and France, leading a dedicated team of over 40 engineers.
