Carla Planell

Carla Planell is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as a People & Culture Specialist and Corporate Soft Services at Almirall since June 2018, Carla focuses on employee advisory and the deployment of the Equality Plan. Previous roles at Almirall include HR Generalist Trainee and Training and Development Trainee, where responsibilities included HR advisory and support in learning content implementation. Prior to Almirall, Carla gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Global Talent Managers and as an HR and Payroll Specialist at ICL Iberia, where duties involved staff advisory, payroll processing, and recruitment. Carla holds a degree in Labour Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, and various certifications in HR and payroll. Further studies include an upcoming course in selection and onboarding at Universitat de Barcelona.
