Madalina Raducu is currently a Scientific Project Leader in Medical Dermatology at Almirall since April 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Scientist at Adaptimmune from February 2016 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading scientific projects in immunotherapy and assessing the competitive landscape in immuno-oncology target discovery. Madalina also held roles as Senior Scientist I and II at Adaptimmune, focusing on the development of T cell screening methodologies and single cell PCR technology. Prior academic experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Scientist role in the Department of Oncology at the University of Oxford, investigating orphan F-box proteins and their role in carcinogenesis, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, studying rare muscle dystrophies. Madalina holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedicine, and Biotechnology from the University of Oxford, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Bucharest.
