Neus Xivillé Salamó is an experienced professional in the fields of project management and auditing, currently serving as a People & Culture Project Manager, Alliance Manager, Corporate Project Manager, and Performance & Governance Procurement Manager at Almirall since September 2013. Key achievements include transforming procurement processes that resulted in significant cost savings and improved efficiency, leading a strategic project that generated 20M€ in savings using the Zero-Based Budget methodology, and conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits as a Senior Internal Auditor. Prior roles include Internal IT Auditor at RACC and IT Auditor at Deloitte, contributing to risk assessments and process audits. Neus earned a degree in Organizational Leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership and has a background in Computer Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
