Ricard Serra Solà

Ricard Serra Solà has a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on healthcare and industrial sectors. Ricard held various leadership roles at Almirall, including Sales Director and Marketing Director in Spain. Prior to Almirall, they worked at HARTMANN GROUP, where they served as Head of Global Sales and Global Strategic Marketing Manager. Earlier in their career, they were the Head of Marketing & Sales at ITSA and held a Marketing and Communication role at Representaciones IMCO. Throughout their career, Ricard has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic marketing plans, leading sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

Ricard Serra Solà completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Universitat de Barcelona in 2001. In 2002, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Marketing from UC San Diego. In 2009-2010, they completed the European Program in Digital Marketing at ESIC Business & Marketing School. In 2014, they attended Esade for the Program for Management Development (PMD) in Business Management, and in 2015, they pursued Design Thinking for Business Innovation at Esade.
