Renata White

Renata White is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Almita Piling since January 2023. With a strong background in people and culture management, Renata previously held the role of People and Culture Manager at TURBINE-X Energy Inc. and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Wood Buffalo Regional Library. In addition to HR expertise, Renata has a passion for meditation, teaching both kids and teens, and has been involved in meditation instruction since April 2018. Renata is also a certified practitioner of Reiki and has extensive HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management, acquired through various roles at Packers Plus Energy Services Inc. and Western Camp Services Ltd. Renata holds a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from NAIT, completed between 2005 and 2007.
