Mai Sawy

Mai Sawy is currently a Product Support Specialist at Almosafer. Prior to that, Mai held roles such as Senior Quality Assurance Mapping & Content at Seera Group and Program Associate at Education For Employment Egypt (EFE|Egypt). Mai also has experience as a Call center agent at Orange. Mai holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cairo University. Throughout Mai's career, they have shown proficiency in coordinating training programs, handling data verification and corrections, and managing complaints handling and quality assurance processes.
