Zakaria Makrelouf

Zakaria Makrelouf has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Zakaria currently holds the position of Director of Business Process Excellence at Almosafer since January 2023. Zakaria previously worked at Seera Group as a Director of Business Process Excellence from 2018 to 2022, where they also held roles as a Business Process Lead, Digital Product Lead, and Senior Software Engineering Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at tajawal from 2018 to 2019. Zakaria also gained experience as an Independent Consultant at Acsone SA/NV from 2016 to 2018, an ERP Partner Consultant at Altex Corp from 2015 to 2017, and an ERP Implementation Manager at Desado L.L.C. from 2013 to 2015. Zakaria has had roles as an Information System Specialist at Rödl Middle East from 2012 to 2013, and as a Java Developer and technical adviser as a freelancer from 2011 to 2012. Zakaria also worked as a Technical Consultant in ERP integration at IT Solutions Algérie from 2011 to 2012 and as a Project Manager and Software Company Founder at Omicron-soft from 2009 to 2011.

Zakaria Makrelouf obtained a Master's degree in Information Intelligent Systems from the University of Technology Sciences, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Zakaria also earned a B.E and a Master's degree in Information System and Software Engineering in 2009 and Intelligent Information Software in June 2011, respectively, from the same university. Zakaria has also completed several additional certifications, including "Being an Effective Team Member" from LinkedIn in November 2020, "ENCE607.4x: Agile Leadership Principles" from edX in October 2019, and "Learn React.js: The Basics" from Lynda.com in June 2016.
