Shady Abou-Deif

Shady Abou-Deif is a seasoned supply chain professional with a robust background in planning and process management. Currently serving as Supply Chain Planning Manager at Almunajem Foods Company since June 2014, Shady leads a team of six planners and two supervisors, focusing on developing forecasting and inventory planning systems for over 600 items. Previously, Shady held positions such as Supply Chain Planning Head, Planning Engineer at Sakr Group for International Investment, Process Engineer at Amreya Metal Company, and CAD/CAM Engineer at Mondial Molgora. Shady holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Alexandria University.
