Egle Narijauskaite is the Head of HR People and Culture at Alna Business, where Egle covers all HR functions and delivers various projects to create a great workplace. Prior to this, Egle was the Head Of People and Culture at European Merchant Bank and had experience as a Programme Manager and Learning Specialist at SEB. With a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Egle has a wealth of experience in recruitment, training, and organizational development.
