Alnahda Society
Najla AlHotti, MPM, GCDF, is an experienced project manager currently working at the Education Support Association "Taalum" since July 2024. Najla has been actively involved in the Alnahda Society as a Project Specialist since February 2015, focusing on the Forsa Project to assist individuals in finding educational and career opportunities. Additionally, Najla served as a Productive Families Program Officer and Recruitment Program Officer at the King Salman Charitable Society for Housing from September 2007 to February 2015, where responsibilities included social work. Najla holds a Master's degree in Social Work from King Saud University, a Master's degree in Project Management from Midocean University, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

نحن منظمة نسائية غير ربحية تأسست عام 1962م، نعمل على تأهيل المرأة السعودية اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا وذلك بتنفيذ عدد من المشاريع والبرامج التنموية الهادفة. بدايتنا جهود تطوعية لخدمة المجتمع ثم تطورنا لنصبح مؤسسة ذات طابع ثقافي واجتماعي لتمكين المرأة، معتمدين بذلك على مبدأ التنمية كرسالة سامية والاستدامة فيها كهدف ثابت. رؤيتنا أن تكون المرأة شريك فعّال في تنمية المجتمع السعودي. رسالتنا نعمل لضمان بيئة مجتمعية تعتز بمشاركة المرأة، وتحفظ كرامتها ونبني قدراتها لتصل لمواقع قيادية. . . We endeavour to economically and socially empower and rehabilitate Saudi women through a myriad of projects and social development targeted programs. We started with volunteer efforts towards community service and then evolved into an educational and social institute that empowers women.
