Asmaa Alzainy

Asmaa Alzainy has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at AL-Nahla Group since November 2013, where notable achievements include leading a transformative HR project with PricewaterhouseCoopers that successfully updated the organization's structure. Previously, Asmaa held the position of Human Resources Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in building and managing HR departments to foster organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Asmaa's earlier career included serving as Principal at Lowloat Al-Konooz International School, where the development of the School Management work system was a key focus, and experience as an Information Technology Teacher at Jeddah Private School. Asmaa's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from King AbdulAziz University, complemented by a diploma in Computer Networking from Al Khaleej Training and Education.
