Abigail Riskind

Abigail Riskind is currently serving as Associate Director of Insights & Analytics at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since October 2025. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at C Space, where positions ranged from Client Management Intern to Vice President of Brand Strategy & Insights in the Health sector from September 2012 to October 2025. Abigail has also contributed to Fulbright Taiwan as a Fulbright Scholar, and worked as an intern for organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest, Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cursu Honoris in Chinese Language & Civilization from the College of the Holy Cross, complemented by study abroad experience at the Beijing Institute of Education.
