Andrew Girard

Andrew Girard is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in GxP training and compliance within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as QA Senior Manager at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since July 2020, Andrew oversees GxP training initiatives at multiple manufacturing sites and contributes to training program strategy and inspection management. Previous roles include Sr. Manager and Manager of Training at Rhodes Technologies, where Andrew led training efforts for over 200 employees, developed training policies, and transitioned training records to a Learning Management System. Andrew's extensive experience also includes various engineering and supervisory positions at companies such as Amgen, Pfizer, and Toray Plastics, as well as a foundational role as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Zambia. Andrew holds an MBA from Bryant University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
