Bill Frederick

Bill Frederick is a highly experienced process engineer with a strong background in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Principal Process Engineer at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since January 2019, Bill has previously held senior engineering roles at DPS Engineering and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where Bill managed substantial capital projects, including an $85MM site expansion. Bill's expertise spans across downstream manufacturing, facility fit analysis, and GMP compliance, with a proven track record in leading engineering efforts for chromatography, purification, and protein production systems. Educationally, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, earned in 2011.
