Joel Pagan

Joel Pagan is a highly experienced quality assurance professional with a background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Associate at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since April 2022, Joel Pagan is responsible for the QA review and approval of standard operating procedures, deviations, corrective and preventive actions, and lab investigations, as well as GMP documentation updates. Previously, Joel Pagan held roles at Repligen Corporation, where responsibilities included quality batch record review and cross-functional collaboration, and at Naturex, focusing on product conformance during production. Joel Pagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Earlham College, obtained in 2018.
