Matthew Boucher

Matthew Boucher, Ph.D., serves as Associate Director at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since July 2018, advancing through roles of Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist. Prior to joining Alnylam, Matthew held the position of Principal Scientist/Engineer at Physical Sciences Inc. from August 2016 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Research Engineer at Solvay from May 2013 to July 2016, focusing on process design and development for polymer resin manufacturing. Matthew's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Tufts University and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where research work was conducted as a Research Assistant at both institutions.
