Nathalie Bitar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in laboratory operations and research management. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Early Development Operations at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since June 2022, Bitar previously held leadership roles at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. and Rubius Therapeutics, where responsibilities included overseeing laboratory operations, managing compliance, and interacting with supply vendors. Bitar’s earlier experience includes managing the ImmunoHistochemistry Core at Boston University School of Medicine and conducting clinical research assays at Boston Children's Hospital. Bitar holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northeastern University.
