Rob Marshall

Rob Marshall is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure support and system management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of IT Infrastructure at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since August 2019, Rob previously held positions at Jounce Therapeutics, Inc. as an Infrastructure and Security Engineer, and at Amgen as a Specialist IS Analyst and Senior Associate IS Analyst, where responsibilities included supporting a significant number of users and managing complex systems in GMP environments. Rob's career also includes a role as a Computer System Analyst at Pfizer, supporting a large user base in R&D and manufacturing, along with contract technical support at Wyeth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where leadership of a technician team was key to exceeding service level agreements.
