Tara Smith

Tara Smith currently serves as VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since April 2023. Previous experience includes membership at Chief from August 2022 to August 2023 and various leadership roles at Takeda from January 2019 to March 2023, including VP of Commercial Planning and Chief of Staff for both the Neuroscience Business Unit and the United States Business Unit. Tara's earlier positions span Shire from May 2015 to January 2019 as Director of Global Data Management, and several roles at Takeda Oncology from June 2008 to May 2015.
