Cyd Kalkhourst

Cyd Kalkhourst is an experienced leader in retail education and experience, currently serving as the Director of Global Retail Experience & Training at Alo Yoga since August 2024. Previously, Cyd held multiple roles at Canada Goose from March 2018 to September 2024, including Director of Global Retail Experience & Education, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing product and service education to enhance the client experience. Cyd’s earlier career includes significant positions at Aveda Canada, culminating in the role of National Retail Director, where strategic training and service enhancement were key focuses. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Ryerson University and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of Toronto.
