David Lax

David Lax is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently working at ALO since September 2025, focusing on Talent Development. Prior to this role, David served as a Senior Instructional Designer at Xponential Fitness from August 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included transforming training content into impactful eLearning and managing a team of Instructional and Graphic Designers. David's experience extends back to roles in video editing and graphic design, project-managing the XPO Creative Team and serving as the in-house video editor at Xponential Fitness. Earlier positions include Sr. Master Instructor at CycleBar from September 2019 to August 2022 and Sr. Multimedia Specialist at LendingClub. David holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Motion Pictures & Television from the Academy of Art University.
